Alan, thanks for these great words and the reminder. There has been a "norm"of self doubt a good chunk of my life. I intellectually know that I am not my doubt, but to affirm it from the space that doubt is not my norm, it is a tendency in thought, that I have changed and what is THE truth is that doubt is not my nature, my nature is divinity and grace.
